How to capture the famous Kawaguchiko Lawson street shot? Set up your tripod across the street, switch to portrait mode, and patiently wait until there are fewer people before quickly taking the shot. While the photos are stunning, you will need to cross the road, so please be careful and prioritize safety.

The tour concludes and the return journey begins (during the cherry blossom festival period, the return time may be extended to around 16:40). The return time is for reference only and may be earlier depending on the day's schedule and traffic conditions.

Tokyo Station (Tokyo Station Hotel) is located in Chiyoda City, Tokyo, at the center of the Marunouchi business district. It is a major transportation hub served by multiple lines, including the Tohoku Shinkansen, Yamagata Shinkansen, Akita Shinkansen, Joetsu Shinkansen, Hokuriku Shinkansen, Tokaido Line, Chuo Line (Rapid), Sobu Line (Rapid), Yokosuka Line, Keiyo Line, Yamanote Line, Keihin-Tohoku Line, Narita Express, Tokaido Shinkansen, and Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line (station code: M-17). Shinjuku is one of Tokyo’s most famous commercial and entertainment districts, centered around Shinjuku Station and spreading across areas such as the East Exit, West Exit, and South Exit. It is a shopping paradise filled with department stores, electronics retailers, drugstores, and fashion boutiques. Major department stores such as Odakyu, Keio, and Isetan are popular choices. Shinjuku is also home to Kabukicho, Japan’s most well-known entertainment district, featuring numerous restaurants, bars, and nightlife venues, often referred to as “the number one entertainment district in Japan.”
Shinjuku Station is one of Tokyo’s key transportation hubs, with nearly 4 million passengers daily, making it the busiest railway station in the world. Nearby attractions include Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, and Golden Gai.

This is a one-day tour, and bringing luggage is not recommended. If necessary, each person may bring one piece of luggage free of charge (no size limit), which must be declared at the time of booking. Undeclared or additional luggage beyond the allowance will incur an extra fee of 100 RMB per item. If undeclared infants (under 3 years old without a seat) or excess luggage result in insufficient seating or overcapacity, the driver-guide reserves the right to deny boarding without refund.

(1) After the booking is confirmed, the date cannot be changed. Any resulting losses must be borne by the customer.
(2) Please provide complete and accurate information when booking (name, number of participants, phone number, WeChat ID, and boarding location) to avoid errors that may affect the itinerary.
(3) Please carry your passport and valuables with you at all times and keep them safe. Any loss, theft, or damage is the responsibility of the customer.
(4) Elderly participants, those with high blood pressure, heart disease, or other cardiovascular conditions, and pregnant women are advised to travel with a companion.
(5) Participants under 18 years old are not allowed to join alone. A guardian must register and participate together.
(6) This is a shared fixed itinerary. Participants must follow the scheduled stop durations and the instructions of the driver-guide. If you prefer a flexible itinerary, please consider our private charter service.
(7) No refunds will be provided for no-shows or early departures due to personal reasons or lateness.
(8) Leaving the group midway will be considered as forfeiting the service, and no refunds will be issued. Any personal or property loss resulting from this will be the participant’s responsibility.
(9) Arrival times may vary due to traffic conditions, weather, holidays, or crowd levels. Delays or cancellations caused by these or other uncontrollable factors are not eligible for refunds.
(10) Please wear comfortable clothing and suitable shoes for the tour.
(11) Please comply with Japanese laws and regulations. Do not carry prohibited items. Any legal consequences will be the responsibility of the individual.
(12) During free time, please pay attention to your personal safety and belongings. Any accidents or losses caused by not following advice will be your own responsibility.
Due to the unpredictability of traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowd levels on the day of the tour, arrival times at each destination may vary. Under Japanese law, the maximum working hours for drivers are limited to 10 hours. To ensure driver safety and stable operations, the itinerary may be adjusted based on actual conditions, including shortening sightseeing time or canceling certain stops. We sincerely ask for your understanding and cooperation as these adjustments are made with safety as the top priority.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the above or other force majeure circumstances. Please understand that refunds cannot be provided under such conditions. This policy is in place to ensure the safety of both drivers and passengers, as well as the smooth operation of the tour.

Force majeure events may include, but are not limited to:
- Natural disasters: earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, floods, typhoons, etc.
- Traffic incidents: road accidents, congestion, etc.
- Weather conditions: heavy snow, heavy rain, dense fog, etc.
- Government regulations: emergency laws, traffic restrictions, etc.
- Medical emergencies: sudden health issues requiring urgent care
- Social events: strikes, protests, civil unrest, etc.
- Mechanical failures: vehicle or transportation breakdowns
1. Travelers aged 70 and above must ensure they are in good health and fit for travel, and must be accompanied throughout the trip by a family member or friend aged 22 or older.
2. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult throughout the entire trip.
3. Elderly travelers are required to provide a health certificate. Please complete the required form and submit it to the booking office before departure (electronic copies are accepted).
4. Pregnant travelers, individuals with heart conditions, acrophobia, or other special conditions are not recommended to join this tour and may be refused participation. Please book with caution.

1. Pick-up / Meeting
Please make sure to arrive at the designated location at the specified time. Do not be late. This product is non-refundable and cannot be changed, transferred to another departure, or joined midway. If you fail to participate due to personal reasons, any loss must be borne by yourself.
2. During the Tour
(1) You are not allowed to leave the group early or midway. If you choose to leave, the unfinished portion will be considered forfeited, and no refunds will be given. Any incidents after leaving the group are your own responsibility.
(2) During peak seasons or special circumstances, departure times may be slightly earlier or later. Please follow the guide’s final notice.
(3) Transportation, sightseeing, and stop durations may vary depending on actual conditions such as traffic or weather. In special cases, the guide may adjust the order of attractions without reducing the number of stops, with your consent.
(4) Meals are not included. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are at your own expense. Some restaurants may prohibit outside food or occupying seats without ordering.
3. Local Customs / Regulations

4. Weather
(1) The itinerary may be adjusted due to weather or other factors. For safety reasons, staff may request suspension of outdoor activities and arrange alternatives.
(2) In case of severe weather or force majeure, operating hours or show schedules may be changed or canceled without prior notice.
(3) Flower viewing conditions depend on weather. Tours will operate as scheduled even if the best viewing period is not met.
5. Meals
(1) Meals are not included in this product.
6. Shopping
(1) Shops at attractions, restaurants, or rest areas are not designated by the travel agency. Please make purchases at your own discretion and keep receipts. Any disputes are your own responsibility.
(2) Some destinations may have privately operated entertainment venues without proper licenses. For your safety, please consume cautiously.
