This Atami coastal road along Sun Beach is a 6.1 km scenic drive and one of the most iconic sightseeing routes in Atami, as well as one of the most beautiful coastal roads along Japan’s eastern Honshu shoreline. It connects Yugawara and Miyanomatsu, offering sweeping views of the deep blue Sagami Bay that stretch like a brilliant ribbon along the cliffs.

On the left side of the road lies the vast open sea, shimmering under sunlight, with views of Hatsushima and even Izu Oshima on clear days. On the right side, lush green mountains unfold with scattered hot spring inns and seaside villas, creating a uniquely atmospheric coastal landscape. The winding road follows the natural terrain, revealing changing ocean panoramas with every curve, offering a refreshing and unforgettable scenic drive.

▼Mount Omuro
~A surreal matcha pudding–like scenic wonder (approx. 120 minutes, cable car included, free exploration)~

Mount Omuro is a 580-meter dormant volcano located in Ito, famous for its near-perfect symmetrical cone shape. The entire mountain is covered in lush grasslands that change with the seasons, resembling a giant green velvet carpet spread across the landscape, and is often called a “natural landmark of the Izu Peninsula.”

◆ 360° panoramic views of Mt. Fuji and Sagami Bay
A short 6-minute chairlift ride takes you to the summit. From the circular walking trail, you can enjoy breathtaking 360° views:
To the west, the snow-capped Mt. Fuji;

Jogasaki Coast is located in Ito and is one of the most dramatic natural landscapes along the eastern coast of the Izu Peninsula. Formed by volcanic eruptions around 4,000 years ago, the rugged cliffs, unique lava rock formations, and deep blue ocean create a stunning contrast, earning it a reputation as one of the most beautiful volcanic coastlines in Izu.

Ito Marine Town Roadside Station is one of the most popular seaside rest stops in Ito. Located along National Route 135 and facing Sagami Bay, it features ocean-view hot springs, local gourmet dining, sightseeing cruise boats, and a souvenir shopping complex. It is an ideal stop for self-driving travelers and families, and also a popular Instagram-worthy destination where visitors can easily spend half a day relaxing.

Guests on the meeting-point drop-off plan will be dismissed directly in Shinjuku.

Shinjuku is one of Tokyo’s most famous entertainment and commercial districts, centered around Shinjuku Station and expanding into areas such as the west exit, east exit, and south exit districts. It is a shopping paradise filled with department stores, electronics retailers, drugstores, and fashion boutiques, including major names like Odakyu, Keio, and Isetan.

Shinjuku is also home to Kabukicho, one of Japan’s most well-known entertainment districts, often referred to as the “city that never sleeps,” packed with restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues.

Additionally, nearby attractions include Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden, Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building Observation Deck, and Omoide Yokocho, among other popular spots.

If failure to declare results in insufficient vehicle space or overcapacity, the guide/driver reserves the right to refuse boarding, and no refund will be given.

1. Meeting / Pickup Instructions

Please be sure to arrive at the designated pickup location on time. Late arrivals are not accepted. This product does not allow refunds, changes, switching to other departures, or joining midway. If you are unable to participate due to personal reasons, all resulting losses will be borne by the customer.

2. During the Tour

1. This is a group tour. Leaving the group midway is not permitted. If you choose to leave early, any unused portion of the tour will be considered voluntarily waived and no refund will be issued. You will also be responsible for any risks or incidents after leaving the group.

2. During peak seasons or special circumstances, departure times may be advanced or slightly delayed. Please follow the guide’s final instructions.

3. Transportation, sightseeing order, and stop durations are subject to actual conditions on the day. In case of traffic congestion or weather issues, the guide may adjust the itinerary order with guests’ agreement, without reducing the number of attractions.

4. Meals are not included in this tour. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are at your own expense. Please note that some restaurants do not allow outside food or “seat-only use.”

3. Flower blooming conditions depend heavily on weather. Even if conditions are not ideal, the tour will operate as scheduled. Please consider this before booking.
